It is well known that there is a huge gap in the South African motor industry between the quality of the independent workshops and the OEM dealerships. We have identified that what customers are looking for in the market is Motoring Peace of Mind at a price that is affordable. Samuels Service Centre is looking to place itself firmly in this gap. We have identified the need for a premium quality independent workshop in the independent sector and are looking to fill this role. Samuels Service Centre birthed in April 2016 with our first branch opening in Stamford Hill, Matthew Meyiwa road in Durban. To date we have grown to 9 owned and managed Service Centres. With 7 branches based in KZN and 2 in the Western Cape. We aim at growing our network of Samuels Service Centres to 300 through a franchise opportunity. For our customers convenience, you will be able to have one profile which will be accessible at any Samuels Service Centre in South Africa. We promise to generate Motoring Peace of Mind by offering our customers:
- Professional customer service
- Quality workmanship
- Trusted vehicle service advice
- National network of 300 workshops
This will be achieved by ensuring the supply of premium quality parts, across all makes and models of vehicles. This coupled with our use of Veedol range of lubricants supports our commitment to quality workmanship. We also assure that we have the necessary skills and tools on hand to ensure quality work is being pushed out of each workshop. Values & Vision
At the nub of our value system is trust and integrity. We are building a long and lasting relationship with you our valued customer, and we want to be known as a brand that can be trusted.
Our value of trust is underpinned by the following additional values that we entrench into our network.
We will say what we mean in the most polite and kind manner with no fear of presenting information that you our customer might not want to hear.
We will trust each other with the utmost respect, irrespective of our social standing or diverse background.
We understand that we form part of a community and must do whatever we can to show we care, in this regard we have formed our Samuels Siza Foundation that acts as the vehicle to deliver this value.
We recognise that the automotive service and mechanical maintenance offer to you is an important choice for you, our valued customer.
This choice presents the following challenges: the expensive cost of servicing at a manufacturer’s dealership or the sloppy workmanship of an unknown cheaper independent workshop.
Our aspiration is to solve these two major frustrations by providing a national network of service centres that have the look and feel of a dealership, that is: right locations, roll-in receptions, spacious and clean workshop spaces, welcoming and friendly reception and waiting areas.
To be the preferred Service Centre in the independent workshop sector in Southern Africa, offering superior quality at affordable prices.
