Disclaimer

A forklift must be operated by a certified forklift driver. A copy of the forklift driver’s certification must be presented upon delivery of the forklift or alternatively, a copy must be sent via e-mail.
Our forklifts are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, failing which the borrower will be responsible to pay on demand, the cost of filling the tank.
Samuels Service Centre’s forklifts are supplied in good working order and must be returned in the same condition allowing for normal wear and tear, any cost of repairs and parts required to return the forklift to the same good working condition will be for the account of the borrower and is payable on demand.
Our rented forklifts are rented out at a daily rate which is payable prior to the delivery of the forklift. 
Should any injuries and/or death occur as a result of using Samuels Service Centre’s forklift, Samuels Service Centre will not be held liable. 
It is the responsibility of the borrower to ensure their use of the forklift as Samuels Service Centre will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this forklift.
